By contracting Integral Computers for your IT Services, we offer full On-site support with Remote support included. This option is available for Workstations, Servers and Network Infastructures.For the best pricing and plans we recommend our monthly service which includes double the amount of hours then a standard hourly contract for the same price!

Hourly
Integral Computers offers competitive rate hourly package deals for individuals who are preparing for future projects, or just need additional support when the time comes. Purchase ahead of time and store up your hours so you can use them all during a known upcoming project! This is fantastic for customers who do not need IT Services very often, or for on-site technicians who just need that extra help!
Sometimes it is just easier to purchase small hourly packages then to purchase a large package. If it is for a project, just let us know your plans and your goals and we will help guide you in that direction!

Remote Only
Remote only packages are available for anyone who needs additional support for those small and minor tasks that do not need a physical presence. While we offer full fledged remote support for Servers and Desktop systems, we also offer remote packages for HIPAA Compliance and PCI Compliance related items as well.
This is great for companies that already have an on-site technician and just need that extra assistance to help complete tasks.
